I have been thinking about buying the game for a long time, and i have seen a boxed version of the game, which i belive was the premium ed. It was a thick box, 4 discs and comes with an artbook, that is premium edition rigth?
Now the second question is, if i buy this one will it be same as EE version of the game after updates? I mean it was cheaper than the EE version in the same store.

Enhanced edition is a free upgrade, no matter the version you buy, so just go for the cheaper one

The Enhanced Edition is a free update for all copies of the game, so yes, it will be identical. You should be able to register your copy on GOG.com and get the Enhanced Edition directly from there if you don't mind downloading, as well.

No. The Enhanced Edition comes with two bonus campaigns that are about 1-2 hours each and feature full voice acting. It also has a lot of fixes like faster load times, re-balanced combat, etc. Some dialogue was re-translated and re-recorded, and the non-English versions especially were improved significantly. As I said, the Enhanced Edition upgrade is available to *everyone*, regardless of which version you buy, though the GOG.com version is regularly about $5 on sale and doesn't require any patching.

Thanks Sear,
How do I find the new content without playing the whole game again??

You will get the chance to play the new bonus campaigns when you start the game (they are entirely separate from the main one, you don't use the same save files etc.). The new content in the main game itself simply has to be experienced as you play through it - there's no "bonus dungeons" or anything like that, but if you played the original unpatched you will probably notice the differences - they are small but numerous.
