how do i save my mods

I have the construction set and i know how to add things and make creatures. I have edited multiple things but i dont know how to save it to the game its self. i hit save and i saw on a site that you save to Bethesda softworks/oblivion but i cant find the file.

I figured that part out but I now am making battles and i dont want to add too many NPC's so it wont lag but they die to fast and when i try to edit their stats they are auto calculated and i dont know how to change this so i can edit their health.
