spar watching level increases

I found the note next to owyn in the arena blood works and it said it was from Branwen, i found her sparing with the argonian and i was looking at them for a minute when a notice poped up on my screen saying "watching the arena hopefuls has helped you pick up a few tips. your hand to hand skill has increased by five points" are there any more spar leveling like this?
