Hey SYMians, I know it's been a long time, but I'm back and I have a small favour to ask.

I'm a graduate student at the London School of Economics doing research into leadership development. Part of my work is based on the importance in general problem solving skills as a function of a leaders role as a decision maker.

Decision making and problem solving are integral parts to high level play in real time strategy games, but I'm also interested in a broad basis. I'd like to cast a wide net and get results from as many groups as possible.

If you chose to take part in the survey, there are also a few questions pertaining to self-perception. That's another part of the leadership equation.

I would appreciate it if any of you could take the time to complete the survey linked below. It shouldn't take more than ten minutes, and you'd be help video games win respect in the academic world.

So please, take the time.
