Help!...Ctrl+H Not Working

Someone help me. I was going to try out the newly thought up wild mage/fighter using the ctrl+h command to set my wild surge effect, but my ctrl+h is not working. 
Strange thing is, every other cheat command is working. So are the CLUA Console commands. Anyways, I'm running ToB with the official patch as well as Kevin's 1.1 fixpack. Someone please help, I really wanna try out the wm/fighter!
