So my problem is that I've given the 15 000 gold pieces to Galean Bayle but I can't enter the Shadow Thieves guild, when I try to enter I get instantly killed. I didn't sided with Bodhi. I would be grateful if anybody could help.

You don't bring the money to the Guild. You go to Gaelan's house in the Slums and pay him there.

(Nevertheless, you should be able to enter the "surface" areas of the Guild, where a merchant and Renal Bloodscalp are, so if you're not able to do THAT, you've got a strange bug there.)

I did went to Galean's house and paid him but I can't enter the guild, because I get instantly killed when I go inside

Does a strange thief-like NPC appear behind your character right before he dies? I mean in the few instants between when you enter the building and when you die.

If that happens then you must have stolen from the guild or killed someone there or in Mae'Var's guild hall, that's why you get insta-killed when you enter.

It's exactly like that, but really I can't remeber if I have stolen something or killed someone, anyway is there anything I can do besides starting again.

the thief, Arkanis, who one shots you is a game mechanism that is supposed to kill you when you do something that could break the storyline, such as aggroing the shadow thieves
i don't know why you weren't killed when you upset teh shadow thieves, maybe you left the buildieng before he could spawn, although the Arkanis' spawn is supposed to be near instantly
it could be a bug and that you did nothing wrong and still triggered Arkanis to spawn
do you have any previous saves? try using those and see if Arkanis still kills you.

If it's a bug, maybe it can be fixed with Shadowkeeper, if someone knows the name of the trigger flag
perhaps the name can be found looking at Arkanis' script in NearInfinity
