Chapter 7 not triggered

I'm back in Baldur's Gate, but it's still Chapter 6. I did talk to the guy in the catacombs, but Chapter 7 wasn't triggered. I forgot about the chapter transition though, and went on about my business in Durlag's Tower, so now I don't have a save around that moment. Is there a way to trigger Chapter 7 artificially?
