Ajira Bug
I am about to lose my computer for a new one and I will lose XP. therefore I am trying play the old games before that happens. Mainly since the new ones are not very good. But I have run into a glitch. Can anyone put me in the right direction?
It would probably help if you said what the glitch was.mewp wrote:But I have run into a glitch. Can anyone put me in the right direction?
SWC
Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

You have to put it IN the desk
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
You don't have to take the one already in the desk by the way; and if you steal her other soul gems, never try to sell her any soul gems or get her to enchant items either.

It's also not a clever idea to steal the gems from galbedir. There are also other ways to make money and sooner or later you will have enough of it.
Yep, it's not a bug. You have to place the fake gem in the desk of galbedir and not on top of it. open the desk, select gem and place it. Then go back to ajira.

That's who I was referring to, if your character is not opposed to stealing it's actually a good idea, just don't ask her to do the enchanting, there are plenty of other enchanters. Of course if your character's an upright citizen and not a budding Upright Man, then stealing is or should be, out of the question.

I like enchanters who are trainers because you can spend a huge amount training and then they have a lot of money to sell things. But the early cash is quite nice.

Stealing her soul gems doesn't stop you training and trading with her, just don't try to enchant with her or sell her soul gems. If you want to enchant/trade use the guy in the guy in the craftsmen's hall in Mournhold, he has 3,000 to start with, This is a lot easier if you have the multi-mark mod, which I consider an essential mod.
PS The last thing I do with the gems that I steal from her, when I do, is sell them, far better used for enchanting, the good ones at least,
