Do any of he NPC dialogs change when going in to ToB? i mean someone said that Nalia and Anomens change because of themquests in SoA (The Roenalls quest and Amonem becoming a paladin of the most radian heart). and i dont mean the extra 2 added dialogs that all the characters gained when ToB was installed.

I havent used Nalia, but since I installed ToB Anomen seems to be saying the same things he always has

Yes, they do change. When you go into ToB, all the files (script, dialogues) that are linked to NPCs changed. So you do get different party dialogues.

What you're thinking of muffin are NPC sounds. I do believe the changed Nalia's soundset for ToB, to reflect how she's grown up.
At least, that was the plan. Don't know if it got implemented.
