How to kill Vhailor

[SIZE=14px]Anybody can tell me how to kill vhailor ? [/size]
[SIZE=14px]I have to fight with him and it's just impossible i cast ALL my spells and he always resist . I'm a wizard and i dont know what to do. I ve also tried killing him before fight, but it's the same, because the green npc make hims alive again.[/size]
[SIZE=14px]Is there anyway?[/size]
