Yaga-Shura Problem

I did what i had to do with the heart. I brought it to nyalee and she performed the ceremony. afterwards she turned on me and i killed her. I went to fight yaga shura but he is still immune to all my attacks, any suggestions? Is this a bug or something?

I'll assume this is the standard ToB version of the fight.
What should happen is the first time you hit Yaga-Shara, he should give a dialogue about being wounded, then flee. You then meet him again, and he fights to the death.
I would suggest that you are possibly hitting him too often for his dialogue to activate.
If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling and loading off the auto-save.
You've patched your copy of ToB right?

when he gets down to near death, back off and his dialogue will trigger. He then runs away and returns when you've walked farther into the camp.
My advice is use the improved Yaga-shura fight from Baldurdash. Makes it a lot more fun and real. without the patch Yaga shura goes down way too easy. (my PC took him by himself.)

Beware, though. The improved fight is much harder. The fight takes about 30 minutes to do...
