Cespenar's Upgrades

Throughout the game I have been using this site as reference for what weapons are avialable and likewise planning my characters around that.
As I've finally begun playing ToB, I've noticed that many of the weapons on those pages actually have far greater bonuses that what is listed, for example Foebane gets +1 all saves and casts Larloch's Minor Drain, making it a very good weapon. Likewise, an upgrade for the Ravager halberd isn't even listed there, but I just upgraded it to +6 with a 10% chance of instantly killing target (on the verge of overpowered, if you ask me)...
I'm confused, is the site I've been using simply faulty? Or is there a mod or patch that I have installed unknowingly (Such as being included in the G3 fixpack) that upgrades these items?

Walkthroughs and such aren't exactly it's strong point. It's fine for some games, but somewhat lacking for others, I guess the variance is due largely to the fact that different people are working on different games. Also I imagine Buck sometimes has problems finding people to work on some projects, especially I suspect ones like ToB which isn't the most popular expansion to come down the pike.
For a more detailed list of items try this
If you want to compile a more complete list for this site talk to Buck, I'm sure he'd be delighted.

A shame, 'Tis, as this is handsdown one of the best games I've ever played. I imagine Diablo I&II stole much of it's glory back in the day.

Hmm, might I ask another (somewhat related) question, btw?
(SPOILER!)
I thought I'd be able to save Saradush... Obviously I was wrong. As Mike's RPG Center only lists Lazarus Librarious as a source of scrolls in ToB, is there another place were you can buy scrolls? I was thinking I'd kill Yaga-Shura and then head back to Saradush to buy some more scrolls, but as that option is now gone, I'm in abit of a pinch - considering wether to play on and hope to buy scrolls elsewhere, or, reloading an older save and buy everything I needed from Saradush and then kill Yaga-Shura again. As Mike's RPG Center turned out to be somewhat lacking in their item lists, is there another source to buy endgame scrolls from in ToB?

I have the answer to that, just highlight what follows
:
Lazarus has safely escaped Saradush and can now be found in Amkethran. Just look on your map when you reach that town and it will be obvious where he is.
