pantaloon armor

Could anyone give me the properties of the armor forged in Amethkranon(SP)?

-10AC with some spiffy weapons.
hardly used them as quite powerful by that stage.
found the size of the armor too large and cumbersome at narrow confines to use but cool against dragons.
