what is the little green box that says 'offensive style' next to the protrait of my team member ? river of time; thanks how do i control it ? thanks

It means you have that enabled. IIRC, you have to drag the skill (it's a skill) to your quickbar and then toggle it on/off.

offensive style - next to portrait
