Swashbucklerbug?

My swash buckler gets only 2 attacks each round while dual-wielding even when he has specialised in the weapons he use. Is that a bug or is the extra half attack only a fighter benefit?

I thought the extra 1/2 attack for specializing rogues was intentionally left out because it caused too many problems during the game development. It's truly a pity

Whether because of a bug or by intention, only fighter types get the extra 1/2 attack for specialisation in a weapon.
