Hi

I am currently playing the seris through from the beginning. I have just started SOA and got Sarecok's old sword from the djini. The question is, has anyone kept it all the way through the game and given it to Sarevok again when he joins the party? The reason I'm asking is I noticed that the description says that it has lost some of its power with the death of it's master and that the PC character has a dialogue option when he/she meets Sarevok in TOB that he isn't much of a threat without his enchanted armour and sword.
Any thoughts?

The sword do get improved only if you have the Ascension mod installed. Though in what way I don't know.

I have kept it all the way through and no It doesn't do anything spectacular...matter of fact I gave Sarevok the Soul Reaver he did more damage with it...also the option of BlackRazor too...

Sarevok no longer has his Bhaal essence, so he can't channel power into it.

That is true but he is still an awesome fighter so he should have something to fight with...I simply suggested an option for them to use...
