What's going on with Witch Hunt?

I have gotten to the end of the game, but I can't get the Lizardly insect creature to come out so I can't proceed to the final part to reach Morrigan. What do I need to do?

Sounds like it could be a mod conflict. I would uninstall any mods you might have and try again.
