I have cleared 1st level of Windspear Dungeons and killed the orcs in the first rooms (plus the golems)
Can I postpone it to go after Imoen?
I have in the meantime done various quests so the postponing has been in occurs de for a.long time now ( 5-6 game days or some more)

Yes. There'll be nothing stopping you from completing the quest later on if you choose to go after Imoen sooner.
