does anyone know where i can get an add-on pack that gives you new NPCs? it must work in SoA as well.

and, is there anyway to get Kivan in SoA or ToB?

Nope, I had Kivan in BG1 too, and didn't liked it when he left. The only NPC add-on I know is TOB with Sarevok

There are custom NPCs for BG2, including those from BG1.
