Dungeon of the Moors - skull key

I have pulled the lever which should open the area where I find the chest containing the skull key but the chest is not appearing. I can see the indicator on the map but no chest. I'm playing MMXXII. Is this a bug? Help appreciated!
Doh. Realised the chest had to be in a upper area. I've now found it & have recovered the relic.
Now to get out of the dungeon.
