1e Group Solo Campaigns

Anyone remember the old solo tables from 1e?

I've had alot of fun running those tables with a group while also having a character. Its kind of amazing how the dice can create "flavor" just by presenting random details.

I have also made a random wilderness creator using the wilderness tables in the DMG (1e) which makes creation of a wilderness a breeze.

Anyone heard of Chaotic Shiny? They have an awesome "bare bones" city creator along with tavern creators and a bunch of like things. Great for instant flavor when you need it.

Anyone interested in doing a group solo campaign?

Yep i do still have most of the 1st edition books including DMG , used to play quite abit, on my own or with my brother(he would role and i would map, not quite solo) no my son and i doing the same thing..
you can count me in...

Wow kewl.

Hey btw, any chance you could scan pg. 175 from the DMG? My online copy is missing pg. 175 and the worst thing about it is that its missing the Level 1 monster encounters (I made up my own) and all the relevant data for random NPC encounters... >.<
