i dont want to cheat. but if this can be done only by cheating, then please tell the means?
can this be done by the cheat to give experience to any character by typing. selecting that character and then channeling all the experience of the party t that character?

Sorry, but nope. If the party has gained experience, then the party has gained experience. The end. You can manually give exp to one character by cheating (not sure about the console but certainly via ShadowKeeper), but that will be experience points "out of the void", quite apart from anything you ever get from party activities, such as, yes, scribing scrolls. These quantities are so small that I don't really know why you'd bother anyway.

You can disband everyone in the party but an arcane (scroll-learning) character and your pc. Sarevok might be the mage if dualing to mage. So either saravok mage + you or Sarevok/rogue + you + mage (to read scrolls)

I hope that answers your question. This method is legit regarding the game rules. Un-legit you can give xp as ^ QuenGalad said.

One of the worst things Bioware did was to give experience for learning spells. It's bad enough that the mage gets the unearned XP, but absolutely ridiculous that everyone else in the party gets XP too, even a barbarian with an intelligence of 3 if there was one in the party.

Ha, I never noticed you get exp for that. This game still manages to surprise me.

Not that small especially if considered that Sarevok has to reach level 22 as a thief to become effective.
I split up the experience three ways, Me, Aerie and Sarevok

I feel the same way about everyone in the party getting XP when the thief disarms a trap or picks lock. In those cases the thief should of course, but not everyone else.
