Help, plz!!! It was the final battle with Demogorgon in the Watcher's Keep, after the battle, Minsc was "Energy Drained" by someone, I am sure it was their because the statue wasnt there before the battle, so I used Restoration and some Temple services, however, nothing changes, it's still there, I rested for about 10 days, lame, still "Energy Drained"!!!! Are there any problem with that? Thx

I never accept a result when someone is energy drained (which I consider the most cheating condition in the game)
I use an undead hunter to take out level draining undead (he is Immune to level drain).
which energy drain symbol is it? is it the T shaped one or the other new BG TOB one?
try to remove it with Ctrl + R sometimes that didn't work for a couple of tries for me.

Ctrl + R is a cheat that works if you edit a readme file.
Ctrl + R used to just heal your up but in TOB it also cures conditions.
you need to move the mouse over a character's face and hit Ctrl + R (do not hit the + button that's to make it look better when typing).
Ctrl + T makes an hour go by
Ctrl + Y kills any target (Including You Own Guys!!!)
Ctrl + Shift + 8 while making a character in the stat point area (of dex con ect.) makes everything be set to 18 and strength be 18/00.
all of this cheat information plus how to make them work can be found at any BG2 cheat site.
I am not sure what that there is a new energy drain symbol though. my undead hunter comes in handy like those level drainers that said they would take you to the end of the maze in WC on the 3rd floor. I could accept their deal and not be level drained by them.

I wonder if a temple could do something about it.

Both energy drain and lvl drain use the same opcode, and negative plain protection grants immunity to it to the amulet of power, blah blah will make you immune to the effects.
The special effects icon may still show up though, in which case I beleive it can be dispelled by dispell (High lvl or inquisitor) or Cntrl R as masterdarkninja has said.

CRTL+R will both heal/resurrect your character and remove non-permanent effects, including spell sequencers and triggers! It doesn't remove spell icons, fooling you into thinking you still have the sequencers/triggers, until you try to cast them.

I wasn't speaking of the icons on the portraits, but those on the special ability menu bar.

here's a tip Ctrl R enemies with spells on them, they will vanish. also they will remove all good and bad conditions from you unless an item you are wearing gives you something

Ctrl+R will also remove the annoying Cloak of Mirroring globe. The cloak still works.
