Stunning Fist feat weapon slot?

Stunning Fist feat weapon slot?

I am not playing a monk I am just curious about the regular feat and I wondered if when using the stunning fist feat you have to switch to fists or if you can have a weapon in hand? It's basically a micro-manage question.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

You have to use fists and it has to be activated in order to use the stunning fist feat.
