Just wondering what has happened here on Gamebanshee that there are not more birthday wishes via email ... .....

It's one of the features that was included in vBulletin that is not coupled with Xenforo (our current forum software) out of the box. There are some addons for this sort of thing, so I can certainly look into adding it at a later date if it doesn't require any core changes to the forum.
