Ok.....i'm trying to romance Jaheira,but its proving difficult.
I've completed Xzar's quest ( how sad,he died,no really thats sad) and later Jaheira is called to the Harpers place.When she returns she asks me to go to the Harpers HQ.When i arrive there i find they've locked the door on me ( i hope they've locked themselves in,meanies!)I've tried everything,the knock spell,my theives,even leading a brutal attack on the stupid door and nothing works! And yes,i've tried to find a back door with no succes,so any help would be nice,plz!

Not to be a pessimist, Sorcerer Wraith, but I'm thinking bug. I just did the Harperquest and the door should be open.

When you arrive at Harper HQ you should have a little discussion with some harpers which (like most times) end up in a fight. Did that happen or was the building empty when you arrived?

or else just clua console your way in, if its a bug of course....

Had the same problem and tried clua console, doesn't help at all. The meanies just stand there and don't initiate any dialog. You can kill them, but that doesn't help you get the romance further.

In my case it was the result of Jaheira being petrified, that somehow messes up the romance.

You could edit the romance setting using clua console, maybe that helps?!

Thanks for the replys,but whats a clua console? (dont blame me,i'm new!) and where would i get one of these?

to activate the console you must edit your baldur.ini dirctory.
Under the line that says Program options write
Debug Mode=1
then under the line Game options write
Cheats=1.
Start your game and pause it.Then press ctrl+space.
This will access the console.
I suggest that you search the forum for the appropriate commands.
