Ring of regeneration and haste bug?

Characters using the ring of regeneration and boots of speed heals twice as fast. Is this a bug?

Don't know but I've noticed it as well. It goes the same way with poison, disease, bleeding (Summon Insects, Insect Plague and such as well), you take damage twice as fast if you have the boots of speed on. So take them off if you have been poisoned somehow, put on the boots of slow instead.
