MMVII party

It's been a while since we had one of these. 
I'm thinking of replaying this one. However, I can't decide on my party composition. My only criteria are that I want to be able to use as many different weapons as possible, Grandmaster as many spellschools as possible and go Light-side.
That pretty much means that Cleric & Sorcerer are in, and one of either Paladin or Knight.
Any suggestions and tips are more than welcome!
