I downloaded tslrcm_182.exe. Should I install the official patches first? How about other community bugfixes? Are they included? The patch documentation isn't particularly forthcoming.

Are you using the steam version or a boxed copy? On the boxed version I patched fully then just added the tslrcm mod. I never used any of the community patches and had no issues.
