Dungeon Lords sequel

I loved Dungeon Lords, but what ever happened to the sequel? I vaguely remember that the tile of the sequel had the word Orb in it. No? I was looking forward to it.
The sequel was named "The Orb and the Oracle". Unfortunately, it was cancelled some years ago.
