Dusting off Morrowind... and looking for mods.

Which mods are must-haves, on the technical side? Graphics, sounds, textures, etc.
A Magicka-regen mod would be a big plus as well.
I seem to recall an Alchemy mod that changed the ingredients so that you actually could make useful stuff from the plants you find around Balmora.
I would really like a mod that gives you x5 modifiers on level up, regardless of skills used. I know, I know, cheating, blabla, but otherwise I spend too much time tweaking my stats and skills that by the time I feel ready to start really playing it, I get bored and shelf it again. No, I can't "get myself over it."
However, I haven't found any so far...
My idea for the build of the actual character will follow later.
