I got BGII + ToB installed and Fix, Tweak & Banter pack, pls high resolution mod.
My main character (an Inquisitor) seems to move normally, but the others (Jaheaira, Minsc and Imoen) all move slow. They aren't under any effects. No Boots of Speed or anything.

Any idea what might be the problem?

how about your internet comdition? change a device for a checking.

This answer is so irrelevant I'm suspecting it being placed by a bot.
