I noticed recently none of the Banshee Network sites can be view on Safari browser on iPad and Opera 22 on my desktop.

On the other hand, IE11, Firefox, Chrome and surprisingly Opera 12 (Presto based browser) all worked.

I used to be able to view those sites (such as http://www.gamebanshee.com/baldursgateii/) on iPad before Gamebanshee's redesigned its home page.

Is there some server-side browser sniffing going on that prevents iPad Safari and Opera 22 from loading any of the Banshee Network web pages?

Okay.

I think I have figured out the problem.

Both iPad Safari and Opera 22 were configured to block third party cookies.

After I changed their settings to accept all cookies, the sites would load normally.
And if I go back and block third party cookies again, the sites will no longer load.

umm, I also met the same problems before, but it is ok now.
