Skyrim to mod or not to mod? That's the question...

Hi everyone!!
I've put 50 hours on Skyrim and I noticed a few things that I don't like (better than Oblivion, of corse, but some cheesy things nonetheless).
Based on the below points I wandered the web looking for mods. Initially for my second playthrough but now I've been asking myself if I need to start anew with several mods installed and not ruining my game....
Any suggestion from the more advanced player out there?
Thank you very much in advance!!
1) Every now and then when I level up things get rough. I mean I wandered aimless for the first 10+ hours and everything was really hard as they should be. Then I level up and get easy. Then I level up some more and get hard again. And so on. And so on...
2) The leveling up. I really liked the fact that Oblivion forced me to sleep to get Skills. Now there's no need to sleep anymore. In fact I sleep just for roleplaying purpose, but as lazy as I am, I tend now to not doing anymore.
4) the magic system... There's something wrong about it. I mean I'm doing the Mage Quests and more and more I resort to archery and blade, using my spells only as a secondary effect or just to feel the combat less boring. BUT when it comes to kill I know I need my bow (for sneak-kill everything or my trustful blade). I would like indeed to play a pure mage character for my second play through but I don't see why (don't have Open Lock spell nor Cure disease)
5) Enchanting is something broken for me...
6) Spellcraft where art thou?
7) the inventory!!! At first I thought it was sloppy, but then it worked for the time. Now I have in my home three chest full of things (which I cannot sell - further down the list) divided for Weapons/Apparel, Potions/Ingredients, Stuff. And finding a potion saved for later is like finding a needle in the hay...
8) The economics: One of my MUSTHAVE mod for Oblivion was the realistic economy one (I don't remember the name). Skyrim needs one too
