I can't progress the main plot in Act II (Missing Associates quest…), because I can't get into Neverwinter! The guards just say "Well met travelers" and the only dialogue option is "Farewell". Can't buy the temporary pass (to join one of the circles) or anything…
Am I missing something, I think I've done everything right up to this point…?
