When installing ToB, does it automaticly install the patch for SoA?
And just a Q to go with it. Where do I find the firetooth dagger?

Yes and no. It patches SOA to approximately the latest patch, but there is a BG2TOB patch which you probably need to install for TOB(hence BGII) to be patched properly.
And just a Q to go with it. Where do I find the firetooth dagger?

Actually...
The Firetooth Dagger is in Ust Natha in the Underdark. One of the Drow merchants in the 'town square' has it for sale.
I think you're thinking of the Crossbow +4 Firetooth, Curdis.
