Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my wife play's this game,and she's having a problem with the game running real slow at times and even crashin the pc regualry.
is it just our's? or a common problem?is there a fix for this sort of thing.
our system is pentium4, 256mb of ram, 40 gig HD, gforce2 mx ghrapics card, soundblaster card.
should be more than needed to push this game. any help ?

If by "crashing the computer" you mean the game abruptly ends and shoots you back to your desktop then yes this is a normal occurence. It happened to me a couple of times last night. Just remember to CONSTANTLY save your game before and after encounters and when your party rests.
Hopefully a patch will come out soon to fix this as many people on the forum have complained of this in the past.

no i wish it was just doing that, however it is lockin my pc up. have to turn it off and reboot.
and i play counter-strike, im in a clan called *ZhG* and we have a joint clan leader who is known as Dead Badger, so as you can see (i need my stinkin badgers) LOL

To fix the problem, you need to install all three patches for the game. You can download them from the download section or go to PoR official website. The other thing is to ensure you have got the latest driver for your graphics card. Should do the trick!

The patches do help most of those crashing problems, but there is still one room(Deep Halls I think) that I can't get into because every time I go near it the game crashes baco to windows.
