Both Jahiera and Viconia are both stop-starting and its not their stuff!!!Any help PLEASE????

They walk then stop after about one step, now if i moved my party in groups i could stand it, but i do it scout and large distences at a time, it won't even Ctrl+J(teleporting)!!!
