Catacombs - Prison Level

Hi, slightly stuck on what to do or where to go next. Is there another level below the prison level of the catacombs?
You can pick up some of those cards type things and it says level 4 1 up exit and 1 down exit..but can't find a down exit..is this right?

Also where is the underneath passage to the castle?

So if not where do i go next?

You need to rescue the Baelnorn (in the Prison level) before you can do anything else. Once you do that, you'll have a couple of errands to run before you meet up again with the Baelnorn. Then you'll have the opportunity to go to the castle.

Thanxs, i've allready rescued that miroden silverblade, he said got to find gem and another communicator or sumthing like that..i just wondered if there was another level below the prison catacombs.
Also just another thing..when u load a game up (i.e. in the catacombs) the load up screen while u'r waiting for it to load up, theres that guy pictured in that cell (is that miroden silverblade) or is that someone else?

I don't know. However, given the number of prisoners, it doesn't have to be and, given that the baelnorn is supposed to be undead, I can't imagine that a cage alone would do it -- so it could be Athan or someone else.
