how do I forge the blue dragon scales, and what I can forge them into?

I havent played TDD yet, so my info might not be correct.
Try Cromwell.

Are you sure you aren't talking about Throne of bhaal?? I dont have TDD but in ToB i had Blue Dragon scale.. Wich gives you AC -1 and cold resistance 90%(i think).. It can be forged only by cesnar the imp..
