When I first go in the glim gardens a big piece of the ground collapsed under my feets...and the game crashed. I tried many times.

So i continued the game by visiting ohers places.

Now i have to enter this place to find the word of song. But when i arrive the floor is already collapsed and i can't get in at all even when i walk on the open hole !!!

Is it a killing bug or is there something to do ?

Help me please coz i'm stuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately this has happened to a few of us so far. From what I know, the collapsing ground is the only way into the ancient tomb and the only way to get the word of song. It isn't necessary to finish the game but it's frustrating knowing some areas will go unexplored. Next time I play the game, that is the first place I am going to get it over with early.
