Shadow knights in underdark

I just killed them but there was no girdle just a sword I canot use because I am not evil any one know why it did not drop?

You mean those demon knights in the Kuo-Ta Dungeon? One of them should drop one, and if that's not the case, try reloading to a savegame before it happened to replay the battle.

The one that drops the nice sword (Ravager +4, I think) also drops the girdle, I think it's the one appearing on the upper right side.
If you have ToB installed try searching the place with <TAB>. Battle scenes are sometimes a little difficult to survey.
