My Gold Vanished??? Bug??

Anyone ever had their gold disappear? I had over 100,000, maybe close to 200,000, maybe it rolled over back to 0 after reaching 200,000? a bug?
I'm playing solo as a monk, so sell a lot of cool stuff I can't use..
already back up to 100,000 again, but don't know how/when i lost the original amount..

Maybe it was Enron gold and not real gold.
(sorry for the spam, but I couldn't pass it up)
Did you donate any to a temple and add an extra zero to your donation? You haven't bought anything, right?
I've never heard of this bug; I had about half a million gold at one point in ToB, so I don't think it rolls over.

My monk is evil, he woudln't donate money if he had 5 million gold

If you're missing the gold (which it sounds like you're not), I'd CLUAConsole it in, and check with Bioware to see if it's a known problem. Otherwise, I'd just wait around and see if someone else has had this problem.

You didn't sample the magical deck, did you? As I recall, one of its cards will remove all the party's gold.

Have you recently been affected by a wild surge (eg in the third level of Watcher's Keep)? There is one result that causes the destruction of all money on the caster.

Voila!!!
I did only one wild surge from the machine, but KNOW I did not save that...I did the ability raises from the scribbled notes..
but I did play around with the deck and think I saved after the experience gain..I may have lost money from one of the cards and didn't realize it when I was playing for the sword...
Thanks...I think that is what happened...
I'm still in the same shape and not hurting for it playing solo...but I hate unsolved mysteries..

ohhh, I just realized what you meant by Wild Surge... some of the rooms, spells didn't work right? Yes that happened a time or two, it may have happened there...
