disarm traps

one quick question.
with what thief-skill do i disarm traps? pick locks? find traps?

It's the Thieving button. I don't know which one it is on the interface; I set it to the "T" hotkey in the BGConfig program. I think it also doubles for pick pockets and pick locks.

While discussing traps....
Can monks only FIND traps, not DISARM them? It might be useful to have an additional partymember who's able to detect traps, but still....

This one can be a bit confusing: To find traps, you click on the Find Traps button, but to disarm them, you click on the Thieving button (the same one you use to open locks & pick pockets). To improve your trap-disarming ability, you allocate points to the Find/Remove Traps skill.
@Franke - Monks can't disarm traps, unfortunately.
