can he become a pally? if so, play as a pally, get keldorn, and hack in 3 holy avengers. i think that would be incredible, but is it possible?

Not without mucking about in shadowkeeper, and if you plan on trying to do it, it would maybe be easier to create a holy avenger that can be used by him. other than that, there is no legitimate way to do it.
