How can I make Custom Items/Weapons/Armor?

(With Infinity Engine?) if so.. hmm.. Standard or Pro?

Is it hard to make Custom items?

Is there some Tutorials Available? if so.. where?

Pinkit, with the Editor there are some txt-files which give good explanation where you can edit what kind of thing. Best advice is to check the items already in the game, think something out and then check one of the txt-files. Then you could be finished in matters of minutes. (Well, I could and I am a disaster with such things.)
