How do you get beyond those doors? I beat the game but I haven't got past that part.

You need to learn the Splashing word, it is somewhere at the Deep halls written on a scroll but first you have to learn the word for the Glyph of Claw and return to the Deep halls near the area with Nottle's Cage. There you should find a portal that takes you to an unaccessed area of the dungeon where you will learn the Slpashing Word.
