that annoying guy in trademeet (spoiler?)

possible small spoiler-
his name is neeber or soemthing, i dont remember, but he is VERY annoying. you can kill him w/o geting in trouble, but if you keep talking to him over and over again, you get some 10000 exp (i believe) and some magic sling ammo. just thought yall might wanna know
