There is a door off of the "Tolgerias encounter" room that I cannot access. It says that it is only a storage room and it's not worth it to break the wards on the door.

I am a mage, and the sphere is mine. (I have just completed the Valygar quest.) Will the door be open to me at some point? Perhaps when I start the "apprentices" quests? (I haven't read through the walkthroughs on them, so I don't know.)

Having done that quest before, and knowing the area well, there are only three places you can go from that room. To the cold room, the hot room, or back the way you came. Don't worry about the door, it doesn't do anything.

It's kind of annoying, really. Speaking as a self-confessed packrat, the main gripe I had with the planar sphere was the lack of storage space. So you get a storage room, which just happens to be the one place you cannot access.

The best storage place in the Planar Sphere would be the left room from the start where the Clay Gollum was guarding when you first came in.
