But....but druegar wont talk to me....Hmmmm.
I have been talkink to the ore merchant, and i have bought the oresmili for 500 Gp. What else must i do to have Druegar talking?

Anyway, isn't the druegar you need to get ore from? I remember having to persuade him to give me the ore.

I think he doesn't have the ore, but he gives you the location where you can find. It is in the bridge district. Look at the map and search for the derelict (or something like that) house.
